KVM:
Standard and high-performance metering units
"Faster - Higher - Farther"; increasing traffic loads lead directly to increasing requirements on building materials. Quality mixtures must not only remain within the upper and lower limits, but also need to contain minimum percentages of each fraction. When a supplier delivers a mixture, the European Standard 13285 requires the supplier to provide the self-declared value (SDV for short) of the particle grading curves and the maintenance of strict tolerances. With the modern WINKIS controller, KVM is already taking the future into account.
- Gentle to the raw materials.
Optimum use of materials while staying within the permissible tolerance ranges. - Energy savings:
Metering by machine with storage in a stockpile instead of loading with a wheeled loader and manually placing the material on the unit. - Manless loading of the conveyors.
Coded chip card control saves on costly loading with wheeled loaders. - Safety instead of regress.
Proof of the particle grading curve at the press of a button. - Maximum compressive strength.
Inclusion of additional water, cement, or lime.
FACTS
3-9 hoppers can be combined as standard units to obtain 400 t/h of loading performance or as high-performance to obtain 700 t/h of loading performance. Water, cement, or lime are added in the correct quantities to each fraction. The WINKIS software displays, in addition to the visualized particle grading curve, the price of the mixture based on the individual prices stored. Using a cascade mixer or pan mixer, the homogeneity necessary to achieve the required compressive strength is reached before the mixture is placed on the stockpile or loaded directly and without an operator using a chip card controller.

SUMMARY
"With the KVM metering unit, I can also fulfill my own quality requirements. It's nice to know that the most expensive fractions are handled gently, and I don't need to use the wheeled loaders for mixing, which is expensive. In this manner, we are not only ‘able', but also better!"
