TELESTACK Haldenbänder:
Professional solutions for you!
Stockpiling using machines reduces costs. Program-controlled TELESTACK plants with self-controlled height regulation and automatic swinging devices also prevent demixing and can be used to stockpile up to 50,000 m³ of material.
- Diesel savings = reduced costs.
Using manless conveyors instead of a wheel loader with an operator is better for your budget and for the environment. - Instead of a wheel loader, you can now use excavators to charge the crusher.
When stockpiles are not used, an excavator can be used to charge the crusher, which increases the crushing output. - The proper discharge height at all times = constant particle grading curve without demixing due to impact and less dust produced.
- Mobile conveyor road systems:
The TransTrack Link system makes transport via dumpers in the quarry and gravel crusher superfluous. - Transport rates of up to 2,000 t/h:
High performance, even when loading ships.
FACTS
Stones used to be broken by hand, and ditches were dug using muscle power. This is history thanks to modern machine technology. Telestack stands for persistent continuation of this development. Conveyor belts equipped with swiveling wheels create stockpiles according to the program control. Through the use of the telescopic device, you can achieve higher volume yields based on the useable ground space available for the same discharge height. Mobile conveyors on tracks open completely new perspectives in the process flows. The following product lines are manufactured by Telestack:
RS: Mobile on wheels with foldable belt construction
TS: Stationary or with a chain hoist and swiveling wheels, telescopic.
TS-T: Mobile telescopic conveyor belt on tracks.

SUMMARY
"Ever since my wheel loader doesn't have to transport any material unnecessarily anymore, I know that ‘approximations' were just lying to myself. Consistent energy efficiency and cost-consciousness goes beyond the treatment phase."
