FACTS

Anyone who wants to use a screening machine wants to screen! This is why the screening box is the main factor determining success or failure. The 1.500 x 4,800 mm in size WARRIOR box, manufactured using a huck bolt construction, handles the most difficult materials with varying particle sizes and consistencies with an output of up to 500 t/h. Wire screens, perforated plates, finger screens, or Bofor bars can be used in the boxes. To make mounting easier, the box can simply be raised hydraulically. You gain access to the optional ball deck, which is recommended for applications in which very cohesive material is processed, in the same manner. Heavy, coarse material is safely transported away by plastic rails in the transfer areas and under the entire oversized particle conveyor. If medium-sized and oversized particles are to be stockpiled or fed to a crusher together, then you can use the 2:1 option.
